Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials. Your dietary preferences, family member data, and other profile information are processed by AI systems to generate personalized meal plans and recipes. This processing occurs on our servers and through our AI service providers. AI-generated content is based on the information you provide and general nutritional knowledge — it does not constitute medical or dietary advice. Your personal data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all associated data — including your profile, family member data, meal plans, recipes, pantry items, grocery lists, and favorites — immediately upon confirmation, with encrypted backups purged within 30 days. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period as required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
